Angela Carlie writes young adult and middle grade novels. When she’s not writing, she’s playing house with her husband and son, working hard for her money as a licensed massage therapist in a chiropractic office, or escaping the ordinary through reading, hiking, kayaking and traveling. She’s somewhat of a loner who occasionally subjects herself to group settings such as her favorite writers’ groups, critique groups and outdoor concerts. Angela’s also a passionate vegetarian learning to enjoy regular exercise because she heard somewhere that exercise keeps people young.

Megg Jensen, a former freelance parenting journalist who specialized in fascinating topics like baby poop, wrote her first masterpiece at the age of seven and continued spinning stories for the next *cough* years. Even though she grew up on an idyllic farm, she lives in the Chicago suburbs with her hubby, two kidlets, and their miniature schnauzer, Ace. She's proud to be a co-founder of DarkSide Publishing, a member of SCBWI, and a natural redhead.
